I had a right mastectomy implant and reconstruction plus left reconstruction with bilateral liposuction by Mr. Dave in October 2021. His pre and post op care and surgical skills are amazing. He’s kind, compassionate & caring, explains everything throughout the whole process from diagnosis to post op care. I am so happy with the results of my surgery, I can’t thank him enough for the positive effect the surgery has had on both my physical health and sense of well being. He’s given me a new lease of life.

I consider myself lucky to be under the care of Mr Dave and his team for breast cancer. From my first meeting with Mr Dave he explained the situation and treatment clearly and concisely which was reassuring at the time.He has been extremely thorough and I was well informed on all aspects of my treatment and results .I consider him an extremely talented surgeon having had a lumpectomy he was able to use a technique with minimal intrusion and as a result both my breasts are visually identical. Thank you, Mr Dave. He is an amazing and patient doctor. I was referred to him at the Nightingale, for a mammogram having experienced pain in my left breast. It turned out I had two small tumours in my right breast. He was patient, understanding with a brilliant sense of humour, putting me at ease on every occasion I met him. After surgery he (and Gill) explained everything to me, and arranged all follow up appointments and scans. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his team. It is a very difficult and challenging time for the patient, and they provide a relaxed, professional and caring approach which makes it more bearable. I would recommend Dr Dave to anyone and everyone, who is going through this difficult and worrying time.

I saw Mr Dave at the Nightingale hospital after finding a cyst in my breast. He recommended a mammogram and ultrasound during which a cancerous tumour was identified. At that point Mr Dave advised me of the likely diagnosis but was re-assuring from the outset as to my likely prognosis without making any promises. His balanced approach meant that I was able to prepare myself mentally for all the potential outcomes without being overwhelmed with fear at their possibilities. He had a professional, but caring approach and was patient and understanding. I never felt rushed even when I had lots of questions. He did everything he could to ensure there were no delays with my treatment and it was clear that Mr Dave and his team (including Gill) did all they could to make sure I was seen as quickly as possible to prevent unnecessary worrying at an obviously difficult time. His surgery was careful and precise and I am very happy with the outcome. He clearly takes great care to treat all patients with the utmost precision, care and respect and I really appreciated that and I am very grateful. I would happily recommend Mr Dave to others.

Mr Dave saw me at Wythenshawe Hospital. He is a real gentleman and explained everything to me about the problem that I was having with my Hyperthyroid gland . He listened to me as a person, rather than a just a number and I never felt rushed. He arranged all the tests and scans necessary to ensure that he was aware of the exact location of the problem. Mr Davy then saw me again and explained fully, in an easy to understandable language, exactly what an operation would entail. He explained about key whole surgery and normal surgery - and gave me the option of having one or the other. I asked his advice and went along with his decision because I had every trust in his judgement, and he explained why he would prefer open surgery. The operation went well and the follow up appointment was excellent. Mr Dave has empathy with his patients and this shows in the care that was given to me.
